For students who score average marks in school exams—or even those who fail—educational opportunities can be limited. Understanding this challenge, the organization launched a Vocational Training School in 2002, approved by the Maharashtra State Board of Business Education Examination.

The goal was to provide low-cost, skill-based training to help such students become financially self-reliant. The courses offered were wielding and fabrication, motor rewinding, Computer operations with MS office, programs for students who had completed Class 9.

To ensure accessibility, the organization introduced the “Swavalamban Shikshan” scheme, offering free training to students unable to pay even minimal fees.

Today, computer training continues to be provided under this initiative, opening doors to employment and self-employment for many young individuals.
